Fatty fish is benefit to mental health

Recent findings suggest that fish oil for the two most important parts of the body --- the heart and brain have a lot of benefits. Fish oil omega-3 contains a fatty acid, it can reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke can reduce the formation of arteries in the deposition, and even dynasties blood pressure. So now the American Heart Association recommends healthy people eat at least twice a week of fish with high fat content (with a family history of heart disease, people should consume 1,000 mg per day omega-3 fatty acids).
